・ During the COVID-19 crisis,
we issued cash refunds to all of our student groups and adult travelers within 7 business days of receiving confirmation of travelers’ addresses or bank details. Attached is a thank you letter from UMass Boston regarding our COVID-19 trip cancellation response.
・ We do not require our own travel insurance. Instead, we recommend sites where parents and schools can find the best coverage.
・ Our trips do not have hidden extra costs or “a la carte” activities, so all students can equally benefit from the trip.
・ Travel for teacher chaperones is complimentary, one chaperone for every nine students.
・ All of our trips involve activities with local high school or college students in the country we visit.
・ Our hotels are located in city centers.
