When the recent pandemic hit and some of our trips had to be canceled we issued cash refunds to all our students 7 days after schools provided us with addresses or bank wire info. No forced rescheduling or vouchers.
We love to customize our existing itineraries or create new ones. Share with us your ideas, places your students would like to see and ideal budget and we will make it work.
We listen to your needs and have those written in a fair contract that protects your students and their investment.
Other companies charge extra for parents joining the trip. At Colibri Travel & Tours we appreciate having parents helping to ensure that kids are safe and have a great time. If you invite any of your parents to join the trip we will give them a 10-25% discount!
Travel is costly and unfortunately not everyone is able to afford it. That is why if you have this amazing student that you think will need a partial scholarship we will work with you to make it happen.
And of course, our teachers travel for free and we also provide a reimbursement for expenses organizing meetings with parents, fundraising or expenses during the trip.
